News Photography

I started my career in media as a News Photographer with Nexstar. This challenging role in video production established my dedication to self improvement and willingness to push beyond any requirements for a specific position.

In news I quickly moved from beginner Photographer, to Senior Photographer training every new Photographer and Reporter on Adobe Premiere and how to use their camera equipment. My success in the Rockford market pushed me to find the next step.

This led me to WDTN in Dayton, Ohio where I worked through 2020. Bringing them from their old editing system up to date with Adobe Premiere. My success in the Dayton Area led me to search for more creative work that would offer the challenges that News couldn’t.
